Followers of my blog are aware that it is geared toward those readers who are as interested and passionate about romance novels as I am; writers and others are welcome as well. It is my opinion that, of the many subgenres, Romantic Suspense and Paranormal Romance are the most popular currently. A later post will discuss the paranormal.

Romantic Suspense has had an audience for many years; from Rebecca to Mistress of Mellyn (Holt, V. (1960). New York, NY: Doubleday.), Hidden Riches (Roberts, N. (1994). New York, NY: G.P. Putnams),  The Black Widow (Staub, W.C. (2015). New York, NY: HarperCollins Publishers), and Hard As It Gets (Kaye, L. (2013). New York, NY: Avon Books). I’ve embedded such a novel for your reading pleasure. When the book was digitized, the first few pages were left blank. Happy reading!
