Sign up for Amazon’s Romance newsletter, and you’ll have access to Romance Quickies; best-selling authors give you the scoop on their books. The end of December saw Romance Quickie: Contemporary Romance Edition. Featured authors present 3 books in 15 seconds in the included video.
The Book catagory of Amazon’s email subscriptions cover other genres, and interests such as book clubs. Looking for a new book for your book club (reading group guide; author’s info.)?
Check out the general list of Amazon’s email subscriptions on their site; click Amazon Devices for even more selections such as Kindle Select 25, Mystery, Thrillers, & Suspense, and Teen and Young Adult. Other catagories such as Blogs (eg: Omnivoracious) has even more book info.
Have a Kindle? An Amazon Kindle reading app? Visit the Kindle Romance Bookstore. There are free e-books; also those free with a Kindle Unlimited subscription. Also, if you download the Kindle for Samsung app, not just the Kindle for Android app (see About in app), 1 free book per month will be yours; for Samsung users.
Also, your public library allows you to borrow romance e-books, downloading in a Kindle format. Borrowing the e-book will route you to Amazon’s site where you will tell it to deliver the book to your Kindle or Kindle app.
Amazon’s content is great, and with the recent closures of Barnes & Noble stores in my area, I think the Kindle rather than B&N’s Nook is the better bet. Their future content development might be less in question.
